Privacy policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026. Before advertising at scale, fill in the legal party responsible (name/tax ID) and the tools actually in use.

Who controls the data

The Achado Agora site is operated by the party indicated at contato@achadoagora.com.br. We do not create user accounts and we do not ask for tax ID, card details or a delivery address — that stays with the destination store.

What we collect

• Technical browsing data: pages viewed, clicks on deals, campaign source (UTM).
• Cookie and pixel identifiers, when GA4, Meta Pixel or the display network are enabled in assets/config.js.
• Consent recorded locally in your browser for the cookie notice.

What we use it for

To measure content and paid media performance, understand which deals drive clicks, and comply with legal obligations. We don't sell email lists because we don't run a registration system.

Third parties

Marketplaces, Google, Meta and advertising networks handle data under their own policies when the corresponding scripts are active.

Your rights (LGPD)

You can request confirmation of processing, correction or deletion via the contact email. Since the basis is analytics and cookies, the most direct way to stop tracking on your device is to decline third-party cookies in your browser and not proceed with non-essential pixels.

Retention

Analytics events follow the standard retention period of the configured tool. UTMs stay in your browser's local storage until you clear the site's data.
